At BotYards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to help you with your return or exchange needs.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from BotYards under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or has been shipped incorrectly.

Please note: Returns due to reasons such as "didn't like the product" or "changed my mind" are not valid under our return policy. We will not accept returns for subjective reasons, and a valid reason for return, supported by evidence, is required.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used (except for defective or damaged items).
  • Custom-made products or items that are made specifically for your order.
  • Digital products (such as software downloads or virtual products).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or via BotYards' designated WhatsApp or Viber contact, which will be provided upon request.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. In case the product is damaged or defective, please send video or photo evidence of the issue.
  3. Once the return is authorized, please securely package the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • Shipping via BotYards: We recommend that you use BotYards' trusted logistics partners or BotYards' own shipping services for returns. If you choose to ship using other third-party services or apps on your own request, the customer will solely bear responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss during the return shipping process.
  • Shipping via Third-Party Vendor or App: If you choose to use a third-party logistics provider or app for shipping on your request, BotYards does not bear responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. The customer assumes all responsibility for such risks.

5. Third-Party Involvement and Delivery

  • Third-party involvement during delivery: If a third-party vendor, logistics service, or app is involved in the delivery of your product, BotYards is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss during delivery. This includes situations where the product is lost, stolen, or damaged while in the care of third-party logistics or apps. In these cases, the customer solely bears the responsibility for any issues arising during the delivery process.
  • In-store pick-up: For customers receiving products directly at our store, the return policy is valid the same as it would be if the product was shipped to you. However, the part regarding third-party delivery does not apply for in-store pick-ups.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement product once the returned item has been inspected. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number, photos, or video evidence of the damaged item, and a description of the defect.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund depending on the availability of the product.
